Duties and Responsibilities:
  • My responsibilities picked up where sales left off - all departments responsible for post-sales activities which included: Order Processing and Fullfilment; Data Import and Account Setup; Training; Customer Service; and Quality Assurance and Product Improvement.
  • 6 department managers reporting to me.
  • Streamline operations to reduce the fixed overhead each new client required.
Achievements:
  • Creation of digital one-to-many tools to make more information about how to use the software available online at any time. This was important to reducing the amount of phone traffic to the support team.
  • Put together a merchant accounts team and managed revenue growth of 10x for the department.
  • Maintained staff growth at 15% while the business increased by 300%.
