·         Developed the company’s strategy and business plan. Pulled together a team of qualified individuals for software and business development. Provided the seed money to get things going.

·         Created the framework for an ASP based ERP package targeted at the small to medium business market. The project was driven by my experience with SAP’s R3 ERP package and my thorough understanding of the power of the Internet, web technologies, and E-Commerce.

·         Raised over $250,000 to initially fund the company. However the dot bomb led to investors bailing out forcing us to discontinue the business.

·         Wireless Mountain won two Best of Comdex Awards in 1999

·         The Company developed RFID and 802.11 wireless technologies as well as low-power, low-bandwidth data communication devices in the 900-MHz spectrum.

·         Managed the day-to-day operations, cash flow, accounting, and controller duties

·         Managed the development of the company’s strategy and business plan

·         Created relationships with outsourcing groups to increase productivity without increasing recurring overhead; engineering, marketing, technical support, MIS, and human resources.
